Taylor Kitchen Design offer a number of solutions to our clients from supply only, to design and supply, and design, supply and project manage, as well as a Design Only option. All options are based on either Taylor Kitchen Design having designed your kitchen or you, as the customer, supplying a design that has been completed for you. We also offer a measure checking service which starts at £100 whereby we will visit your home to verify the measurements prior to an order being placed. Should you supply the measurements Taylor Kitchen Design take no responsibility for the accuracy of the measurements when designing the kitchen.
SUPPLY AND FIT
• We supply kitchen cabinets, worktops, sink, taps, appliances and accessories. • We source and contract with a local fitter to install the kitchen. • We will project manage the kitchen installation from start to completion.
SUPPLY AND RECOMMEND
• We supply kitchen cabinets, worktops, sink, taps, appliances and accessories. • We recommend local fitters who can then fit the kitchen for you (you would contract with these direct).
SUPPLY ONLY
• We supply kitchen cabinets, worktops, sink, taps, appliances and accessories.
DESIGN ONLY
• We design your fitted kitchen, but you supply and fit it.

SUPPLY AND FIT JOURNEY
The time it takes to design and install a kitchen can vary greatly. However, below is a rough guide to the journey.
INITIAL CONTACT BY CUSTOMER
10 January
Arrangements made for us to visit with samples, usually within seven workings days
FIRST VISIT
15 January
We will measure and discuss your requirements and budget. We then leave site and prepare the design and costings for your kitchen
SECOND VISIT
25 January
We return again to discuss designs and pricing usually with ten working days. At this consultation any amendments can be agreed. We then update plans and email to you followed by a phone call for acceptance
QUOTE ACCEPTED
30 January
Once the quote is accepted a deposit of 50% of the total price agreed will be payable and then the fitting date will be confirmed. The kitchen furniture and appliances are then ordered
SECOND INVOICE
27 March
A week prior to the agreed fit date you will receive your second invoice for 40% of the total price agreed which will be payable within seven days
KITCHEN FITTED
5 April
Usually between 10-20 weeks (depending on demand) the kitchen will be fitted. The 10-20 week lead time relates to the securing of our recommended fitters to complete the works. For supply only the lead time is 4-6 weeks
ON-SITE VISIT
7 April
We will make 1-2 on site visits during the fit process to ensure that all is going to plan
COMPLETION
16 April
On completion of your kitchen you will be contacted to ensure you are satisfied with the final result and then the final invoice for 10% of the total price agreed will be raised – payable within seven days
