Kitchen Design Services And Pricing

If you would just like me to design your kitchen so you can source it elsewhere I can do that too.

Below is an example of some of the design services I offer.

1. *Basic Flat Plan and elevations inc dimensions and cabinet list and worktop plan based on clients' own measurements with no site visit.  This is for you if you have a good idea what you want and you can supply your own dimensions but would like a plan to take to several retailers to get 'priced  up'.  This will enable you to get the best price as the retailer doesn't have to do so much work and they will know they have to be keen on price as you will be making direct comparisons.  This includes a 30 minute telephone consultation once I have received the measurements to discuss requirements.

          Price £125

     2. *As above but with visit to site to take measurements.

          Price £175

     3. #Full Design Pack.  This service includes an initial visit to take measurements including                a 1 hour on site consultation to discuss your requirements.  I will then provide a fully                    dimensioned flat plan, elevations, worktop plan and full colour drawings which will be                    emailed to you as a pack for you to use.

          Price £245

     4.# As above but with a further site visit to present the plans on site. 

          Price £295

     5.Express Design Service.  If you just want to get straight on with doing the design and you          want maximum input whilst in the comfort of your own home then this service is for you.  I          will come to your home and measure up and then based on the brief, design your kitchen              for you on site.  Having completed the design to your satisfaction you will have your pack              emailed to you that afternoon, if it's a morning appointment or the following day if it's an              afternoon appointment.

          Price £395

    6. From Design to Completion.  If you want someone to handle the stress of the whole                  project then this is the service for you.  It does exactly what it says on the tin.  I will design          the kitchen including the full design pack, I will liaise with your retailer of choice for                      ordering, I will organise all trades and schedule the project, I will meet with you and the                fitter on site several weeks before the job starts to recheck all measurements, I will be on            site on the first morning to help check off the delivery, if required I will meet with worktop            templaters/splashback templaters.  On completion I will complete an end of fit snagging list          with you and liaise with retailer or fitter on your behalf to resolve any snags or issues.
